& HOW I DO

I am a facilitator. I seek to support leaders, initiatives and organizations in their development aiming for greater vitality, harmony and coherence in their relations and practices.

My approach is holistic, meaning that I strive for a rigorous and attentive observation towards social phenomena. I seek to comprehend in the uniqueness of each situation what they ask of us and how to serve it. Whether it's conceiving an innovative project or developing ecosystems of multistakeholder collaboration we work to understand, respect and intervene into the invisible dynamics that give life or constrain it.
